Job Summary:
Knife River Casper is looking for a self-motivated individual who will use their knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of our company as Construction Manager. The position of Construction Manager consists of planning, directing, budgeting, and the direct supervision of project superintendents and field staff personnel on multiple projects. Construction Managers are also responsible for business development and growing market share within the region. They also work with management to obtain maximum efficiency and economy of operations as well as maximizing profits. Construction Managers serve as a company representative to the community and support the regional and corporate initiatives as needed. They work closely with safety, environmental and human resources to develop a safe and rewarding place to work which creates an environment that attracts and retains employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ Years of estimating and project management experience in the Heavy Civil industry.
