Person shall demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform asphalt paving operations including operation of pavers, screeds, raking, shoveling, and compacting asphalt on parking lots, streets, and highways. 2. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. 3. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. 4. Operators shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license/CDL preferred and a qualifying driving record under company policy. Applicant must successfully pass a post offer pre-employment. drug test and physical. Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience with the defined type of equipment. Ability to operate. different types of equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements: Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity. including: standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
