We are looking for someone who are committed to working safely and to delivering high-quality results for our customers. We have an excellent opportunity for Project Manager Intern at our Central Idaho Division located in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley! Responsibilities: • Assist the PM with day-to-day management and oversight of projects. • Provide accurate and timely project status updates and communication to the PM. • Assist with the maintenance of up-to-date project construction schedules and estimate costs. • Work collectively with the PM to ensure performance and production goals are met. • Organize and maintain project related files, materials, and correspondence. • Support PM to provide site level coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and labor team to support on-time, on-budget performance within the work scope and quality. • Assist PM in developing project specific construction contracting, review of bid packages, subcontractor selection and contracting. • Help PM ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, federal, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes. • Need to be a self-starter and be able to take instructions and run with them. • Foster positive and effective business relationships at all levels and project phases. • Perform other duties as required to support the PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Completion or progress toward a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or must possess four years of Construction management experience. Candidate must have the desire to learn in a fast-paced work environment and be able to multitask throughout the day in both indoor and outdoor environments. • Valid driver’s license • Must be able to work day shifts and night shifts. Shifts may vary according to project demands • Must be able to work in all weather conditions • Must be willing to travel if job requires • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
