Job Summary:
Knife River Materials is accepting applications for Skid Steer Operator/Laborer for our operations. This is a full time position that requires travel to out-of-town sites. 1. Person shall demonstrate the ability to perform duties including operation of Skid Steer safely and productively to efficiently/consistently clean and stockpile aggregate products as needed. 2. Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. 3. Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work. 4. Operators shall have the ability to conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written . Applicant must successfully pass a preemployment drug test. Experience preferred, but will to train the right employee. Ability to operate different types of equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements: Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
