Job Summary:
Experience: 10 years combined experience in heavy highway/ industrial construction field as general superintendent managing multiple highway/ industrial construction projects concurrently.

Duties: reading blueprints, construction documents, and work plans, creating work plans and procedures, organizing, scheduling, ordering materials, record keeping for large projects in the heavy highway/ industrial field. Must have knowledge of structural excavation, concrete flatwork and structures (bridges, water tanks, large industrial foundations, etc.) asphalt operations, large grade work for paving operations, Able to organize manpower, subcontractors, inspections, pile driving/ foundation improvements, guard rail, electrical, etc… Create and maintain schedules- usage of computer programs to do this needed—manage budgets of materials/ labor, communications with subs/ crews/ etc..
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet these requirements: current driver's license, Microsoft project a plus, excel/word/adobe/Bluebeam required, understanding and comprehension of Plan reading/budgeting/Cost & Production tracking, labor & Equipment hours and materials management
