Job Summary:
Knife River Idaho Division is looking for a Quality Control Intern to join our team in Boise, Idaho!

As a Quality Control Intern, you will learn and participate in materials sampling, testing, technical documentation/logging, preparing and developing mix designs and assisting the department managers with their various quality control activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to be certified in material testing is required. Training and certification opportunities will be
provided.

• Basic math skills and good record keeping required.

• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills preferred, but not necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of material.

• Ability to work overtime and some weekends.

• A professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Actively pursuing a degree or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business
or related field.
