Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Perform a variety of skilled duties relating to general building and grounds maintenance, like painting, landscaping and light construction around the Greater Portland/Metro Area. - Operate a forklift, bobcat, man lift, various hand tools. - This is an entry level position and we are looking for a self-motivated worker, who is capable of working as part of a team to get repairs and improvements completed in a timely manner. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. - Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of general repairs, maintenance work, landscaping, construction skills and tools. - Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to travel around to different locations throughout the Greater Portland/Metro Area. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. - Ability to work flexible shifts which include: days, nights, weekends and overtime. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
