Job Summary:

This position is responsible for scheduling regular maintenance of fleet and equipment, creating and processing work orders, timecard coding, and alerting shop to items from daily inspection reports. This is an office position that works closely with equipment, mechanics, and field operators.

This position will travel to plant sites throughout Northwestern Minnesota and North Dakota.
Minimum Qualifications:
A successful service writer will:
• Have a GED or high school diploma, equivalent education or math and reading skills
• Be able to provide and maintain proper driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Preferably have previous parts, equipment and mechanical experience
• Preferably have computer program experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, Zonar and JDE
