Entry Level: $32.00 - $35.00 /hour    
Job Summary:
The Office Manager position is responsible for ensuring the office activities and accounting function run smoothly and work with the management team in order to provide outstanding customer service in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Job duties and responsibilities to include:
• Answering multiple phone lines.
• Administrative support for accounting.
• Scanning, filing, printing and faxing.
• Sort and match purchase orders.
• Sort and disburse incoming; mail, faxes, and deliveries.
• Enter time cards into HCSS.
• May include review and entry of invoices and expense reports.
• Allocate and post incoming payments to appropriate accounts.
• Review and perform basic spreadsheet data entry to maintain compliance logs as required (vehicle, fuel, SWPPP, etc.)
• Assist with administrative and safety compliance for MSHA.
• Provide administrative support for quarry production operations including material tracking and barge load out.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality; including but not limited to financial data.
• Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
• Must maintain the highest level of moral and ethical standards at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Good analytical skills and financial skills
• Proficient computer skills using Excel, for spreadsheets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Office/clerical experience in the construction/builder industry.
• Three year’s of clerical experience.
• Knowledge of HCSS software
• Knowledge of MSHA / OSHA regualations
