Role Overview:

Responsible to safely keep equipment running and maintained properly to maximize production and quality. Day shift or night shift available. PT or FT available. Evening shift differential available. Ideal candidate would be someone who is wanting to learn and grow into a full Mechanics position. Safely and properly perform routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on trucks and heavy equipment.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.
Safely and properly perform routine PM maintenance (fluid change, lubricating, inspections) on trucks and heavy equipment at remote job site or local shop locations.
Examines equipment for breaks, wear, and leaks. Replaces defective parts and cleans and assembles equipment.
Perform tire checks.
Ability to perform consistently while doing repetitious work.
Full or part time available. We can accommodate student's schedules, if applicable.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED. Higher trade or technical school or equivalent in related field is a plus. We will train the right candidates.
Mechanical experience - diesel engine preferred.
Class B Driver’s License preferred but not required, ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
