Job Summary:

Role Overview: Responsible for performing Ready Mix and associated sales & services; selling and promoting new and current products; maintaining established accounts and building new account relationships. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. Read construction plans and have construction job site experience. Prepare estimates and quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates that meet specific customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA, DNR, MSHA, Federal, State, and Local safety and environmental regulation compliance including attending training. A four year college degree from an accredited concrete industry management program. Concrete Management Degree preferred. Sales: Ability to negotiate. Strong closing skills. Valid driver's license.
