Entry Level Project Manager/Estimator

Job Summary:
Will work directly with experienced Project Manager/Estimator(s) to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establish work plan and staffing and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel. Review status report and prepare project reports. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice an to resolve problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Over 2 years up to and including 4 years from post high school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.
*Reasoning ability equivalent to a level of applying principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and carrying out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. Dealing with problems involving a few concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
*Vocabulary ability equivalent to reading various forms of literature and writing reports. Speak clearly and distinctly.
*Mathematical ability equivalent to adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing all units of measure including decimal fractions. Ability to apply various concepts of Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics to work. (The position may require different actual mathematical applications.)
*Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer r
