Job Summary:
Responsible for efficient and safe operation of route truck to collect spent petroleum products as directed by orders and schedule. Additionally to provide customer service to promote satisfaction for the customer. Duties: 1. Ability to work SAFELY under all conditions and report unsafe conditions. 2. Collect spent petroleum products with route trucks on scheduled route basis. This includes using a cart to load drums of waste oil filters into a box truck using a hydrolic lift. 3. Build and maintain customer trust by keeping the customer satisfied with timely service and on-site cleanliness. 4. Test spent petroleum products by use of the field test methods to insure only on-specification product is recovered. 5. Maintain proper records; customer files, truck reports, tank readings, daily test log, bills of lading, driver logs and time sheets. 6. Perform necessary maintenance of company property to include truck equipment, storage tanks and pumps. 7. Comprehension and compliance with DOT and environmental regulations regarding transporting and handling of relevant materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Safety FIRST mentality. * Service focused. * Must have valid Class A or B Commercial Driver License. * Must Pass Jebro / DOT MVR guidelines.
Additional Information
* Full-time position. * Flexible schedule. * Overtime available. * Able to work independently. * Comfortable working in an outdoors environment for extended periods of time. * Light mechanical skills preferred. * All equipment along with uniforms provided.
